Entry #5: 10 wisdom notes from a lifetime of exploring who I am not & who I came here to be

1. Relaxing into my body is the only way to truly be present. Anything else equals to not trusting I am safe here—in this moment, in my body.

2. My body is my home. To love it is to give my home the care it requires to function optimally. In turn, I am healthy and happy.

3. Trusting what I’m feeling as a way shower to the truth of this moment and a discernment of alignment with the awareness it brings:

release energy, it is not mine

release energy for it is an old memory & a choice and it’s time to let it go and create anew

this is the intention of the person in front of me—take action in alignment with my values and the life I’m choosing to create

this is unhealed within me—this is one of the forms in which it shows up to give me the opportunity to release everything that’s connected to it, so that I can choose and realign with freedom

4. My heart will always guide me to where I want to go. The bravery to follow my heart is the shortcut to my most authentic, joyful and bold life. All of the above equates to abundance in all ways.

5. My mental body is in tension when I allow untrue thoughts to permeate it.The louder it gets, the more unease it creates in my physical body. Engage with my mental body with presence and calm it down or fully transcend it with meditation, release of old energies and light language.

6. I am always on time. My intuition is always on time. My body is always in flow with my dominant frequency.

7. My purpose shines through my heart and it finds its expression in every moment by following what sets my heart on fire, so release the attachment to a single expression of purpose as the ‘right’ one.

8. The power of the mind goes in both ways: to create my biggest desires and to create the opposite. Use it consciously. It is only then that it has the capacity to become my ally (an ally for my energy, physical and emotional body).

9. My vision is always freedom at its core. My preferred expression of freedom grows in tandem with my level of consciousness.

10. Heart is where life is deeply experienced. Closing it or guarding it equates to experiencing a life of fear. To live fully, all of us must live with an open heart. We are always living—are we living a life of fear or experiencing the fullness of life? Both are equally available.
